After days on the mountain, the townhouse offers a spacious, welcoming retreat designed for comfort across four thoughtfully arranged levels.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and six baths provide space and privacy for up to ten guests. The upper floor holds the primary bedroom overlooking the lounge, complete with a king bed, TV, and ensuite with bathtub and overhead shower. Two additional bedrooms on lower levels each feature a king bed and ensuite, creating restful spaces after time outdoors. Another bedroom offers twin beds and access to a private deck, while the fifth bedroom includes two tri-bunk beds (double plus twin), ideal for groups traveling together. Bathrooms include a mix of glass-enclosed showers and bath-shower combinations.
Kitchen & dining
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, Fisher Paykel appliances, and ample room to prepare shared meals. A breakfast bar seats three, and the adjoining dining table accommodates ten, giving everyone a place to gather between mountain adventures. Kitchen amenities include the essentials needed for cooking, dining, and storing food, along with a wine fridge, coffee maker, and dishwasher for added convenience.

Practical comforts such as towels, bed linens, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace with desk and office chair, heating, portable fans, and a safe support longer stays with ease.

A large deck extends the main living area outdoors, overlooking the peaks and valley. Here, you can unwind in the private hot tub or use the BBQ grill for relaxed winter evenings. A private entrance, single-car garage with boot warmers, driveway parking, and a mudroom for gear storage make transitions to and from the slopes simple.
Ski access
Guests can reach Whistler Village and the gondolas in about two minutes by car or taxi. Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run. The ski-in route ends at approximately 100 stairs that guests descend to reach Northern Lights, and ski-out requires climbing the same stairs to reconnect with the trail. Ski access is seasonal, typically open late December through March depending on snow conditions.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. • Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.
• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
