"The hotel room was updated and clean and is situated on a beautiful beach. We enjoyed how it is a smaller hotel and more quaint. The pool was nice but all of the cushions on the outdoor furniture on the patio were dirty. The breakfast was mediocre but we did arrive at it late so maybe that is why. It’s definitely not a luxury hotel but we did enjoy our experience there for what we paid. "

"I requested a king bed and got two queens. The shower water was too hot and very hard to regulate the temperature, either too hot or just cold, but hard to find a good spot in between. I found a cockroach in the bathroom one night. I don't plan to return. I'm surprised the Marriott chain has a hotel like this. "

"The rooms are spacious. I stayed for four nights and had to work from the room much of the week, so the desk space was very helpful and the overall room size was very comfortable. The in-room coffee is adequate, and the complimentary daily coffee in the lobby is a nice added feature. I also needed to print documents during my stay, and the business center worked perfectly for that purpose. The staff is fine—perhaps not overly friendly, but certainly not unfriendly. The location is really the key point of the stay. It is right in the middle of everything in the Boca Raton area, making it very convenient. "The building and facility itself is old. The bathroom in my room at FRP just slapped on the walls to try to renovate. Some of the furniture around the pool was rusted out to the point where it looked like it would fall over."

"Expedia page says it was built in 1972 and had a complete renovation in 2023. Not at all. It feels like you stepped into a time machine back to 1990. Old carpet, holes/cracks in drywall, popcorn ceilings, rusty faucets, scratched up tub with a large sticker on it, only one ice machine for four floors of rooms, two separate buildings, hair dryer probably from 1972 (did not work), phone did not work, loud AC, WiFi was slow or not working at all, no streaming services could be used on the tv. All “amenities” are in the other building, some staff are rude (not all). Best thing there was the pre-purchased blueberry muffin. "

"I purchase the premium bedroom with a queen size bed, instead I have a full size bed on a queen sized frame. Also, the Internet speed get overwhelmed in the afternoon (even Netflix keeps loading every 5 minutes) dirty floors, have to wear flip flops all the time. And lastly when they got in to clean, they just only did the bed but they left all garbage cans full, and they didn't clean the bathroom."
