"We love that this property is small and not over crowded. Everyone is so friendly, staff and guests alike. The pool deck with easy beach access is great. Tile floors, kitchenette, private balconies, and close proximity to great local restaurants. "

"Perfect stay AND value!! Full kitchen for our needs, comfortable beds, great view, beautiful and well maintained pool area. It does not have central air conditioning but the large unit kept our room chilly. The bedroom AC unit was not working when we arrived. We notified the office and maintenence installed a replacement within an hour! Great service.. we would stay here again if the opportunity arises."

"The parking is terrible. Please be advised that if your travel from afar you can only have one vehicle!! Family can't come visit because there is no where to park! If I would have known before hand, I would have choose a different hotel!! Most of the parking is the beach parking. Which is $20 + tax only until 11! Would not advise staying here, especially if you want to explore Daytona. "
