Superb accommodation at the price point. Although an older building the apartment is modern and refurbished throughout and the rooms are spacious. Very clean and has all the kitchen utilities needed including a dish washer and large fridge freezer. Large balcony with both sea view and view back towards the town. Car park is well kept and felt secure. Staff very helpful and friendly. Swimming pool well maintained and you can step straight onto the beach.

My wife and I booked 2 nights in an ocean view king room for a race weekend. It was well appointed and very clean. Even though the building itself is fairly old, it is well maintained and the grounds are kept immaculate. The office staff and maintenance crew were equally impressive. We will definitely try to book here again next year.

The room and the pool deck have been updated and eveyone was so nice! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The bbq pits are new and big. The condo was also nice with everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and were down comforters. We would definitely come back again!

Everything was awesome! Clean, spacious and comfortable space. The kitchen was fully equipped with items needed to cook a meal. The pool, hot tub and pool deck was very clean. Laundry available for no extra charge on a separate floor. Staff were nice and helpful. Parking spots are limited and the entrance and exit to the lot is a little strange. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

Friendly, clean, fully furnished everything to cook or bake. The only downfall was when we arrived the ac was locked at 70, it was muggy and hot. Maintenance came up and quickly released the lock but still locked at 68, it was a bit warm while cooking a turkey. But would totally stay again

We arrived late in the evening, and the property looked a little sketchy. But once we arrived to our room it was perfect!! Clean updated rooms, full kitchen, living room, and bedroom separated by a door, and a hallway. Beach view. The only downside is the direct beach access is closed due to renovations. Grocery store is close to shop for food, if you plan to cook.

The entire staff was super friendly, from the front desk persons to maintenance and cleaning crew. Older hotel but clean property. Rooms are very large and clean. Beds are okay, sheets are very itchy. AC set to 71 and about 2 am it’s hot and muggy in room. But super quiet, don’t even hear people next door. Pool was small but clean and almost done with beach access stairs. Not an issue as the public beach access is next door. Provide beach towels, lots of extra towels, extra pillows, and kitchens fully stocked with pots/pans, smallwares if you want to cook your own meals. Would definitely stay again when in Daytona

I unknowingly got THE best room on the property(I think) on the 7th floor. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and had the most beautiful view. The balcony extended from the living room to the bedroom & had an ocean view. It had a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The “master” bath had a walk-in shower which was great for my 90 year old grandmother. All the staff were friendly. I believe I just found my go-to vacay spot! Can’t wait to return.

Check in was easy, Radika was very nice and attentive. I had a two bedroom with a balcony which was huge that was a great surprise. The hotel was clean and maintained well. The kitchen had everything I needed. It was on a great location on the beach. My one and only complaint is the pool is small and there's no where to go if theres kids in there playing and they close the pool at dusk, they completely lock it not giving any access to the beach.

We booked a room with an ocean view (not ocean front) and expected to get what the pictures showed in the ad, which was a side view of the ocean not on the first floor, with no obstructions. Instead, we got a first floor room with a view of cars where people were loading and unloading, sitting in their vehicles looking into our room while their other half loaded the car. If you are tall and look over the cars, parking lot, and multiple fences you'd get peak ocean view. The room we booked doesn't match what the pictures showed. I showed the pictures to the front desk and they lady said those are old pictures and that she isn't responsible for those pictures. Also, there was an intermittent electrical noise all day and occasionally at night. It was very uncomfortable to listen to that. I asked the front desk what it was and they said the elevator even though the elevator is not next to room 104. But the electrical room IS next to room 104. It was so uncomfortable to have this noise all day and it felt like torture to listen to. The property is clean, the staff is nice and it is updated and well maintained. But I do NOT recommend this place due to the bait and switch of what you see and what you get.
