"Rooms need some maintenance bad. Asked for extra pillows and they had no extras. Bed in the room was very uncomfortable and the frame underneath. Made a lot of noise when you moved. Body care items in the shower were all empty. I did like that. The hotel was right on the beach."

"Amazing property tucked away in Daytona beach. Friendly staff, clean and very nice rooms, everything makes you feel welcomed into your beach stay. Direct views of the ocean from almost each room. Very accommodating and looking forward to coming back."

"I knew there was work being done, however it was far more intrusive than was communicated. The beds were not worth even trying to sleep in, after the first night I left and the owner of the unit declined any type of refund. Hotels.com did provide some relief and were great to work with."

"Elevators took WAY too long. Shouldn’t have to wait 20+ minutes. TVs are not updated at all. Beds uncomfortable. Loud AC units. Thin walls. Honestly wasn’t even worth staying AT ALL. Only decent thing was being able to walk straight to the beach. So honestly beach was worth it, but the hotel was just terrible. Staff wasn’t too kind either. Stay somewhere else. Spent $430 for ONE night… not worth it."

"SLUMLORD. Rooms were thrown together horribly, 1/2 the lights didn’t work, the toilet was leaking onto the floor (in an upstairs suite) window in a bathroom that goes to a hallway that can be seen straight into and the window was unlocked when we arrived. I paid 35 dollars for extra parking and came home at 1am with nowhere to park and the vehicle that was already there was completely blocked in. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to an enemy"

"1st floor room was perfect for me. I’m on a walker and a cane. The pool was not heated so I didn’t get in much. Loved the location and the staff. Great to have breakfast and not have to cook or go out. Will definitely be back, and Jeep parade on the beach was awesome. "

"The condo is beautiful. Directly on the beach with easy beach access. Host was prompt with issue and had someone to assist quickly. Short drive to the main area of Daytona Beach and 1 block from drive on beach access. Recommended condo and would stay again."

"The communication from the host was most excellent. Our accommodations were perfect for us. Great ocean view and easy access to the beach. The cleanliness of the condo was above standards. I would stay here again in a heart beat and recommend to our friends. Thanks for a welcoming stay."
