"The hot tub and the pool was COLD. I told the staff but they didn’t seem concerned. The linen smelled like bleach but was different variations of the color white. The refrigerator door was full of rust. Found one dead baby roach in the bathroom. Only one outlet worked so you had to unplug the fridge to use the microwave. The Pac-Man machine was turned on but wouldn’t accept any coins. The price and location was a plus."

"It was horrible. This place has made my top three worst experiences ever. Broken doors Plumbing not even attached to the sink falling tiles in the bathroom and let's not even get started on the insect population. I never even stayed, ended up at the Residence Inn next door. Because I couldn't swim in a brown pool or a layout in the sun on chairs that you would fall through . And seeing as how I paid it for the upgraded best room there was nowhere but down to go."

"The usual fayre for H/I express but no bacon as this hotel do not have bacon as n the breakfast which is strange as every other H/I express has bacon at least once per week but the views almost make up for it👍"

"Rooms are nicely updated and fancy upgrades but misses the mark of practical, especially with a family of kids. The shower just has a half glass fixed wall and no door. It is all open and water from the shower gets on the floors. Super nice looking but not practical. No one else can use the bathroom while showering. "

"Very quiet. Awesome view of the ocean. Breakfast was very good. The front desk folks were extremely welcoming and helpful."
