"We had 4 small chidlren in our group. The property was in a great location and had a nice outdoor space for BBQ meals and out door activity. The beach was right out our door which made it so easy to run in for lunch and nap time. The facility had some normal wear and tear but was clean and comfortable. We had a great time.Virginia Myers"

"Room 702.terrific beds lots of comfy pillows. It would have been nice to have the TV on a swivel mount so we could sit at the table and watch the tv.the panoramic views from the furnished balcony was very enjoyable. Our complimentary breakfast was very nice. The coffee was outstanding,had to have a second cup everyday! May I make one suggestion here ,is to add a non sweetened item like the cereal can be Cheerios or shredies for us diabetics out there. Staff is amazing from the front desk to the room maids even the handy man we're all so happy and joyful everyday.love love love their true enthusiasm for their jobs. Made the trip that much better. We didn't go in the hot tub but lots were enjoying both pool and tub ,very clean.lots of beach chairs to be had and a tiki bar ,it was not opened in service while we were there. I'm going to book a visit when it is open. I wished there was umbrellas for the tables. Access to the beach was clean and safe .walk on beach ."

"Really enjoyed our stay. The location is great. And literally right on the beach. Close to everything you want in Daytona. Plenty of space for larger parties. One thing that should be mentioned is all the bedrooms are connected. Very unique house. Would definitely stay again."

"I booked this room and less then an hour later tried to move the date as i booked the wrong weekend. This weekend was prom and i hit the wring one. The hotel would not even respond to a message to even move the date let along a refund. Any response would have been curtious even if it was a no to everything . They simply ingnored me as well as the website i booked through. I sent several messages and no one would even respond. I find this very rude. I deserve at least a response. Yes, my mistake. I wanted to surprise my wife after all the stress of our daughter going through chemo and simply booked the wrong date that happened to be my sons prom.i tried to correct within 1 hr. Make sure u know who u book with some people have no sympathy. Even if they were gonna tell me no to everything i at least deserve a respone if ur gonna take my money for nothing.Terrible"
