"Clean. Nice staff"

"Only thing I ain’t like was having to get pool towels from the front desk. Because I didn’t know! We got in the water and had to walk to the front desk wet and cold to get towels. Other than that. GREAT HOTEL IM STAYING HERE EVERY TIME IM IN GRAND RAPIDS.. ROOMS WAS CLEAN AND NICE. THEY GOT ONE OF THE BEST SHOWER HEADS I EVER SEEN WITH UNLIMITED HOT WATER.OMG WE SLEPT LIKE BABIES. HOTEL WAS SO QUIET AND COMFORTABLE. LOCATED BY EVERY STORE AND RESTAURANT YOU CAN THINK OF. WORTH THE MONEY."

"Breakfast had good options and was all hot and ready. Pool and hot tub were great. Rooms were clean. Could use kleenex boxes in the rooms"

"The Amway is always a class act. We stayed in the older Pantlind side on request. Just love it. Our in room coffee maker delivered undrinkable, tea looking coffee, and we didnt see a container to put ice in for our wine. It also would be great if the parking wasnt so expensive if you stay at the hotel. Overall a great stay otherwise. They let us check in before 4. We will be back."

"Could not check in until 4 and the place was empty A mess then trying to check in at. Place is run down and needs new owners "
