The rooms floor was wet as was the floor to the balcony which overlooked the pool. The room also smelled so badly of mildew and chlorine. The hot tub had a thick grimy film on it and the pool wasn't any better. We couldn't get the door to our room to work correctly either. The lounge had ZERO food ...
