"Clean room, but a little outdated. TV not smart"

"I can say that when we arrived, the staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was fine at first glance, but the bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the tub and on the floor, and not just one stray hair that had been missed. We left for a few hours and when we came back, the entire floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was so bad that our clothes smelled like smoke when we went to the basketball tournament the next day…even though we opened the window to try and air it out a bit. My son also woke up with sinus issues, as he has adverse reactions to cigarette smoke, which made the situation worse since he was competing that day in the tournament. There were also other guests running and yelling in the halls until around midnight, and it seemed like they had been drinking. We usually rely on these trips to get a good night of rest before games, but this time we were completely unrested. We travel often for tournaments and usually stay at Wyndham hotels. This was easily the worst experience we have had."

"Modern hotel, professional & friendly staff, exceptionally clean & very convenient location minutes from casino, restaurants & shopping. Downside, no hand soap, pump body wash & pump conditioner were empty & tissues box needed refill. "
