"It was very beautiful very clean, but one of the amenities I put in that I was looking for in a hotel was a hot tub so that is part of why I picked their and their hot tub was down when I got there. That was kind of disappointing."

"If using GPS, be more prepared than I was, both popular GPS options take you to a point in the middle of the road and don't indicate which side of the road the hotel is on, and if you are coming from the South or the East, you won't see a sign for the hotel which is just 2 recessed doors on the North side of the building, blink and you miss it. The hotel is around the corner from the New York Style deli which is either open 24/7 or very late. There are bars in both hotels across the street. Park at the lot across the street from the hotel on the West side of Washington Ave, just North of Michigan Ave."

"Rooms were not really clean, remote was sticky and didn’t work. The room mirror was dirty, I called housekeeping and front several times from the room phone and no answer, the carpet was dirty and there was Oreos under the box frame "
