"It was amazing how kind the hostess who checked us in let us know that the pool was still open as she could see we were exhausted from the 100 degree heat that we had just rode 3 hours in on a motorcycle!! Everything else was great just as we had experienced from this chain, but this kindness added something we will never forget!!"
