The staff was amazing. The room was terrible. We had rest in the microwave to refrigerator was not cleaned out. Don’t get me started on that nasty bathroom. We found a roach in the room.

Shower curtain rod hanging off wall. One towel terribly stained. Should not have been folded! Fridge stunk and did not work. Bed comfortable and clean sheets. I just needed a place to lay my head. People actually live there and made lots of noise.

The staff were very friendly. The building smelled like cigarettes but the room did not. The room was pretty clean. The bathrooms were not the best condition but it was ok for a one night stay when we had an early flight. I did use the shower but I didn’t like it lol.

The desk clerk was friendly. Walking in the lobby, the floor was sticky and it smelled like pee. Room was nasty and lots roaches. Ill stay in some interesting places , but I turned right around. Was told to contact hotel .com for refund then management fought me on it.

Not the fanciest but convenient with multiple food options near by. Some difficulties with key but bed extremely comfortable. VERY quiet other than party in the parking lot but drowned out with AC. Nice breakfast.

We booked this hotel as a quick overnight stay on our road trip and only booked it a few hours in advance. Upon checking in (which was quick and no issues) we walked through a dirty and smelly hall way to our room which was not what was advertised on the site. The blanket had burn holes, our latch lock was broke off the door, we had patched holes in the wall, there was a foul odour, the towels werent folded, the mini shampoo on the counter was half used, the bathroom door was barley held together and overall just not clean. Our daughter cried because she was scared and didn't like the hotel, on too of that the people beside us were up all night yelling and laughing keeping my whole family awake. We were out of there pretty early the next morning. Im not normally one to complain but this had me completely shocked!

Online pictures were misleading. Nothing like it was advertised. 1rst room wasn't comfortable for me at all. Turned on the light and saw smashed roaches on the wall. Went dwn to let staff know and was immediately offered another room which was much better. The breakfast attendant was awesome, extra polite and engaged. If I ever returned, I'd prefer the 2nd floor room. I think their kept up better

This was our second stay and both stays were fine. They seem to be upgrading and remodeling things, which is great. Check in and check out is usually quick and easy, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does their job well. My only complaint is the bathrooms, the first toilet had a broken seat and the 2nd one didn't have anything bolting it down to the floor. Did not complain to front desk, because it's not that big of a deal.

The room was a disastrous. Broken equipment. The hair dryer that was not plugged in had burn marks on the plug. I couldn't use. The curtains didn't close well even with the special handles, but had nice black grease prints. No coffee maker. No plastic cups for water only 3 pillows two were half size and one normal size for two people. The toilet base had a very large crack. No kleenex. Only one trash can. Holes in the walls by both doors. The worst security lock was missing the lock part. So we slept very poorly the bath tub was clean The breakfast waffle not that great.My husband said there was one waffle maker and an employyee stood over it and made one waffle hand my husband a little syrup. My husband asked for butter. Told nope no butter. It was his birthday too. Being treated so sternly. The alarm clock broken and just didn't work. We choose Baymont as we had such a great experience in another town. The Desk staff not rude but brusk not a great experience

This property was in need of a deep clean and repairs. Staff was fine, toilet seat cracked so you had to put washcloth on it to sit down. Filthy grout, cracked bottoms of doors, stale smoke smell and dirty floors.

We booked here for the pool and it was disgusting. Very cold, and poorly maintained. Our tub dripped all night and the floors in the bathroom were slippery. The tap was detached from the counter and were a challenge to use. However, the bed was clean and comfortable. The lazy checking us in REEKED of weed

I wish I could give this property a zero. When I check in the lady at the front desk was nice and the process to get my key was easy. As I ventured to my room the carpet was dirty and had a stench. I noticed this my entire stay. When I went into my room, at first glance it was fine. I had a refrigerator and microwave which was great. But then I noticed the following- dirty bathroom tub (hard grim), dry blood on the desk seat, stains on the lamp shade, torn shower curtain, broken bathroom door that had duck tape on it, and a ice cup was left in the refrigerator. This was a terrible stay. I asked for the bathroom tub to be clean and when I came to see nothing changed it was still dirty. I had to put a towel down. I had to wait 3.5 hrs just to get extra pillows and they brought me one. The guy who made my waffles was nice. They let me check out at noon which was feasible for my horrid experience. If you saw the pictures you’d be terrified.
