"To much noise inside and outside"

"My only complaint, and it is a minor one, was that the wait staff in the attached Garden restaurant were not very good about keeping an eye on customer needs. For example, at our final dinner there, my travelling companion accidentally knocked over his water glass and as a result, the table top was awash. We waited and waited for someone to NOTICE and assist with cleanup, but that never happened. Even when the hostess came and took our credit cards for payment, no attempt was made to even so much as wipe off the remaining water on the table top. That, in my mind, was very inconsiderate!"

"Staff were great. Room was generally clean but trim was askew, rust on shower drain, caulk and grout missing or dirty. "

"The rooms are incredibly dated and our room had a musky odor as soon as we walked in. The room was fine but everything is very old feeling. Not what I would call a resort feeling. Spring break and it felt incredibly understaffed with long waits for drinks and food. Site is under construction too so no parking anywhere near the room. The water slide and lazy river did not make it worth the stay"

"Room a bit outdated - great pools but not enough shade areas. Good food at the pool and good service poolside and at the bar. Lots of walking to get around but they have shuttles "

"The McCormick building has a great location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We used many outdoor areas for morning coffee, the pool and drinks outside in the evenings. The building is older and the rooms dated if that is important to you but all was clean and near by old town scottsdale and restaurants. We had coffee and a dinner on site and were very happy. Beautiful views of the pond and golf course behind. "
