"The host was easy to communicate with and friendly on the phone. I had an issue with the blind, and they came and fixed it. Also, replace a bulb for us. The vent in the bathroom didn't work. They would've fixed it, but didn't want to disturb us while we were there. The valet was super nice, but we were only able to use it for one night, as it booked up fast.
