"Very disappointed in this visit. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before COVID and had great visits. This time I was charged almost $50 “resort “ fee and neither the pool or hot tub were available/open despite the advertised March through October open status. The hotel looked dilapidated and prices at the food court were outrageous. Won’t be going back again. "

"Staff were very welcoming. Resort and rooms were very clean Only a few downside to resort wad we were not told the pools were out for maintenance And the property does not respond to emails. I sent many. Staff said to call them. That's ok if you live in the USA but we are ftom Australia. In a great location "
