"This was my first time stay at Palm Hotel. My flight got in late and all I wanted to do was rest. When there was a problem with the AC in my (beautiful) room, other accommodations were made in less than ten minutes. They went above and beyond my expectations to show me that they valued me as a guest. The hotel itself is gorgeous and well kept. My room was exquisite and CLEAN and was maintained that way for my entire trip. The restaurants were easy to locate and every meal I had was cooked to perfection and favorable. I didn’t have one experience that I can say was negative. I will definitely stay there again. "

"Our favorite meal of the day at The Ahern is breakfast at Ottimo! The food is made fresh and delivered quickly. There is always a special twist on the food — fresh made whipped cream with berries accompany the sourdough waffle and the house potatoes with the egg breakfast have the right amount of crisp and great flavoring, There is plenty of staff on hand to get us served and out quickly so we can make it to work in plenty of time!
