"Really good hotel and clean staff was nice "

"So we came here before our cruise and had originally planned to stay elsewhere after. However, we changed our plans after having an amazing time beforehand! The bar is amazing as is the central location in Cocoa Beach. The entire bar staff deserves a kudos as does Sunny at the front desk who took great care of us. Çok teşekkürler Sunny!"

"Carpet in hall was filthy on our floor. There was bagged trash on the floor in hallway on our floor. Check in clerk was rude, and was not at the desk when I arrived. Bedside lamp barely hanging on with black electrical tape. Ceiling in one room was peeling, phone was missing buttons."

"Clean, convenient, but coffee shop was opened for only 4-5 hours and parking is not free! You must pay for parking which I did not know until I got to the hotel. "

"Staff is very friendly and goes to great lenghts to make your stay enjoyable. No self parking so you have to have the valet bring your car everytime you want to leave. Really, that was the only downside. "

"The elevator needed some work inside. Would have liked a microwave in the room. Liked the Keurig coffee maker, the refrigerator and the size of the handicapped room. Would have liked to have breakfast included."

"No one was available to check me in even though they offered late check in. Spent a hour waiting and calling there phone number that was listed for late check in but no one ever came out, answered the phone or even called back after leaving a voicemail. Will never use them again. "
