"The property is kept fairly nice the pool is always cleaned the staff is always helpful even when I had a little bumps here and there that staff was always very accommodating and helpful in resolving the issue. The rooms are nice nothing fancy but they're nice stayed here for a few months and had no problems"

"We enjoyed our two BR 2 bath Signature stay. Everything we needed was provided. The beds were comfortable with quality linens. Would have appreciated some extra towels in the room but staff was quick to deliver more at request. Pool towels would have been plus. We had to go looking for some. The balcony provided a gorgeous view but the furniture was very uncomfortable and could have used a quick once over prior to room occupancy. The snack bar was convenient with a decent food selection at a reasonable price. Love a readily available luggage cart!! The infinity pool and hot tub were fabulous- clean and well maintained. The swim up bar was not available but the snack bar was and convenient to the pool area. Again, the furniture pretty uncomfortable. Beach access convenient and close - a shower to re-enter the property would have been a plus. Wristband “keys” were nice. The property was a bit hard to find even with GPS. All in all: highly recommended! Even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable"
