"We had a wonderful weekend at the Lord Elgin. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Only complaint would be that the outlets on the night tables, did not have the amps required to charge our phones. Otherwise lovely stay, and best part was the efficiency of the valets. They were amazing."

Staff were really nice & helpful except the breakfast waitress . She was very rude to everyone, I usually tip really well, she got $0. I will go back again, overall we enjoyed it. It will be nice when the renovation is done. "
