Small intimate hotel with big property amenities including an excellent dining room and fabulous bar. The outdoor patio looks great too. The staff are accomodating professional and personable. I will return and recommend my staff to stay here. It's about a 15 minute ride to Parliament Hill. Rush hour traffic is horrid.

Staff were really helpful and courteous. Beds were nice as were the rooms overall. The hot tub was useless as they label it a “Turkish bath” and is barely more than lukewarm. Our room had a Nespresso machine which was great. Overall really good

What a beautiful hotel! The room was quiet and very clean, and the bed was comfy. We appreciated the excellent customer service we received from Kevin at the front desk. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property if you are traveling to Ottawa. It was easy to get to the city, and a short commute.
