"On Seawall Blvd but no balconies and VERY few rooms face the beach. Property was clean and staff was very good, but rooms were rough and cosmetic damage was poorly repaired and evident. If all you want is a place to crash and any place out of the weather will do, OK... otherwise????"

"Room looked clean, but when I spilled my drink in the tiled entrance to the room, I found that the floor wasn't very clean. The towel I used to wipe it up was very dirty, and it was not my clear drink! Make sure you wear thongs or have slippers. Otherwise, my stay was fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The location was great. It is a quick walk to the beach. The pool/hot tub was awesome! My kids had so much fun swimming. That is pretty much the only positives about this hotel. Breakfast is pretty much limited to waffles and cereal. Our room smelled terrible when we first arrived. We had to go to the store and buy our own air fresheners. The towels and linens were stained. The room just wasn’t overall the cleanest. Overall, not the worst hotel I have stayed at but definitely not even close to the best. "

"The room looked clean, but opened the closet and you could see dirt on the floor. Good water pressure as well. The main halls had a funny smell kinda smelt like they used a dirty shampooer on the floors. Staff was great very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could have been better, only protein was eggs. Waffles were good and good coffee. Kids enjoyed the pool and there was lots of parking."

"The elevator is a death trap dont use it. Sign outside says 2 people capacity. Dont recomend for anyone that cant walk 5 stories up with all your bags. Rooms are outdated. No a.c in main hallway in Houston, Tx when its 90 degrees. Airplanes fly over head all night. For the price I paid i foyld of stayed next door at the beautiful Hilton. The pool was a green color. "

"I was very disappointed. The floors were extremely dirty and the pillow cases too! Plus, the room wasn't properly painted. The door could barely open and close. Not worth staying here at all! "
