"My 8-year-old daughter and I had a very nice experience. The room was very nice and ours overlooked the pool and lazy river. It wasn't the busiest period and the front desk upgraded our room when we checked in. The food court/dining area was interesting, but functional and the food was pretty good and not overpriced. We came for the Volcano Bay water park. Being a hotel guest enabled us to get into the park an hour before the opening time. However, they didn't open much of the facility until 9:00, so it wasn't much of a bonus. The water park was really great, although, like all the Orlando theme parks now, pretty overpriced. We spent some time at the hotel pool, which was okay and not overcrowded. It was heated to a warmer-than-expected temperature, but was nice. The lazy river was a bit underwhelming after being at Volcano Bay, which has a long lazy river and another not-so-lazy river. Also, if you wanted a tube to float on, you had to buy it. I didn't. All in all, it was a good experience and my daughter really enjoyed it."

"After staying at a trashy place in a different town, I left there a day early and came to this hotel instead. For the same price per night for both hotels this was so much better. Clean lobby, clear signs to amenity locations and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The linens were great. I loved that the beds were made up with more summery linens instead of the thick heavy duvets I see in so m at other hotels. It was 100+ degrees and I didn’t want to be hot trying to sleep. My only complaint is that the door to our room did not latch when shut or let to shut on its own. It would look latched but was not. I had to let the door close then give it a little push or pull depending whether I was in the room or the hall to get it to latch completely. As I woman traveler I didn’t care to need that extra effort in a hotel that otherwise would have been 5 stars. Breakfast was amazing: real eggs, pancakes, sausage, a waffle station, toast and fruit. The coffee station had enough coffee to spare and never seemed to run out. I would definitely stay here again should my travels bring me back to Orlando."
