This property was very nice! The room was everything we needed: comfy bed, working AC, and clean shower and bathroom. For the price, the breakfast buffet wasn’t worth it. We really liked how walkable the surrounding area was (we walked to and from Universal Studios each day)

Room was great and clean, but the hotel does not provide breakfast, you have to pay 24,99 per person, very expensive for the the type of breakfast they serve, plus we paid 20 buck per day for parking, must be a new thing, I’ve stayed there before and never got charged for parking, I won’t be staying over there anymore

Room was clean, housekeeping did not refresh room as requested, fourth day per 6 night stay rather than every other day. Bed was lumpy. Liked the 3 pm check in and 12 pm checkout. Breakfast attendant was very helpful and pleasant as was the front desk. View from 20th floor was amazing.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room and the view were amazing, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with anything I needed and quick to offer recommendations. The atmosphere felt peaceful, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend!
