"Kris is excellent host. He has an extremely well detailed check-in list for the house that list all of the amenities and where they can be found in the house, which is a fantastic. The house is completely stocked with everything we needed to enjoy all the outside spaces. The screened in Ramada with the outside TV is a fantastic place sit and unwind after golf. Location of the house is 10 out of 10. It is located close to multiple golf courses so don’t feel like you’re in the car the whole time.Can’t recommend this property enough."

"We had an amazing time spending the week at this beautiful home. We spent our days relaxing by the super warm pool and our nights watching movies in the main room. There is a lot of seating in the backyard which was perfect to soak up the sun or stay under the covered patio in the shade. The kitchen had every utensil we needed. The split bedroom floor plan was great. Having the main bedroom on one side of the house and the other rooms on the other side gave everyone privacy.The location was excellent! Just a short drive to Fountain Park! Jill was an excellent host, easy to talk to and responded quickly to any questions."
