What we liked: Easy parking, low priced room, nice view from the balcony, mini fridge and microwave. What we didn't like: The sheets and floor were dirty, the floor, there was no coffee or cups in the room so I had to ask the maid in the hallway for some, the tissues ran out and when I went out of the room and asked the maid again in the hall for a replacement. She asked if I'd gone down to the front desk to ask for more even though she saw that I'd just come out of my room. The pump on the hair conditioner in the shower didn't work. There were more minuses than plusses for us, sure we'll go back in the future.

The property is very close to the Scottsdale Mayo clinic that is awesome ! The property is currently going through a renovations, so at least the Owners are taking care of this property.

The staff was so welcoming, friendly and proud of their newly renovated property. Everyone we spoke with from the front desk, coffee bar, and housekeeping was consistently happy, proud, and more than happy to help. This is a well-managed property, very clean, a very pleasant experience.
