"Excellent communication prior to arrival, during and after our stay. The home was impeccably clean inside and out, and we made full use of the wonderful outdoor amenities including the pool, which we did have heated. This home is conveniently located to grocery, restaurants, fuel and activities all less then a 3 minute drive or a short walk away. This area of Fountain Hills was quiet and relaxing, day and night. The Casita was extremely handy, especially being located in proximity to the outdoor kitchen/ grill, which worked wonderfully, and the house kitchen had everything needed to prepare an enjoyable southwest meal. It was an honor to stay in this home, and the hosts have really earned all the compliments and praise they have received, as their attitude and concern for their guests are what elevate a great home into a great getaway experience. First class operation all the way! Well done! "

"The home was fine. Just a couple things that were troublesome. First the weather delayed our trip and we lost about two days use of the home. Secondly, there was an odor in the home. After a day or so I figured it out. It ended up being that there was food left in the garbage disposal and had not been flushed clear with water. After I ran it and dropped some Dawn into it, the smell cleared up. The refrigerator when it runs has a loud rattle and my husband has to shut the bedroom door as it was loud enough to disturb his sleep. There was a spill on the carpet near the right side of the right hand bedroom from a previous renter. But all in all it did the job we needed it to do. "

We were grateful for the little touches provided by the host, like the two types of coffee makers, spices, laundry detergent, and extra towels. Check in and check out were easy.
