"Great location, lady on reception sorted an early check in around 11.00 am after we arrived at 8.00 am Didn’t see much in the way of food offerings in the hotel but there are lots in the area. "

I ordered a drink from room service and it took over an hour and wasn’t as the menu described. The bottle of wine that is part of my membership wasn’t available. Think that’s the last stay "

"Upgraded to a Superior King on level 16…happy and pleasantly surprised. Happy with the cleanliness, the staff were friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast included was sufficient. The only downside was the noise during the day due to work being done and at night due to traffic. Even though I was on level 16 the traffic could be heard quite loudly. Better soundproofing is needed as the banging of doors from other rooms was quite loud."

"Overall a great stay. There was a lengthy delay in getting the portacot delivered and set up on the day of check in which they were very apologetic for (and the lobby looked very busy on check in). Room is a bit small but had most things we needed. Cleaning staff were friendly and even refreshed our daughter's sheets/blankets in the portacot. "
