"It was dirty, the shower was gross and had old hair in it, the carpet had crumbs everywhere, the sink had dirt in it, there were people knocking on the glass door in the morning, and the key cards were not working well, glitching and gave us trouble getting back into our room. it was just not a pleasant stay. Definitely need to change these things and have better security because having people roaming around knocking on the doors is quite scary. "

Our suite was very clean, well stocked, and well kept. Beds were comfy and noise levels were quiet during the nights. The breakfast was also excellent. Great variety and selection. Check in was very easy and the reception desk staff were very polite and tentative to all our questions. "
