I've stayed at the Laundry Rooms about 5 times in the past year and the rooms are great. The rooms are always clean, spacious and better equipped than most hotels. The balconies have some great views. The check in process is quick and easy. I also really appreciate that they're flexible and accommodating with early arrival times and later check outs when I requested them. This is my preferred place to stay in the KW area and I would highly recommend it, especially if you have a longer stay.

Amazing amenities, I loved the decor, & there was a lot of transportation options nearby. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, the view of Kitchener was excellent and I’d love to stay here again.

Parking structure is very confusing as 3 buildings are interconnected and all have same lift system you get confused which building you gonna end up parking in. Other than that service is perfect nice quite comfy space

We got room 609 which was beautiful as it was a corner room, and we got amazing views of the city; especially when sunset comes around. The place is clean, new, and relatively well maintained. Staff is very friendly. My only suggestion is to have a different system where guests don't have to continuously ask for refills of items (i.e. soap, towels, dishsoap, trash bags) especially given most people will stay here for longer term

Stayed 3 nights for business in the area. This is a new condo rental with very clean modern unit, and firm comfy beds and very clean sheets and towels. You have full kitchen to use, and condo amenities. I feel safe staying here with easy access into building once you registered using all the links they sent. I got free parking cos of Expedia vip access. This is second time staying already and it’s quiet and safe just like any other residential condos.

This was a really great, clean apartment with great access to everything we needed to get to. Super simple to check in and check out, and had most of what we needed. Kitchen was a bit sparse and would have benefitted from tea towels in the kitchen, but otherwise exactly what we needed for a few days in town.

There are pre check in items to be completed online as there is no hotel front desk service. FOB has to be picked up at the front desk. Parking needs to be arranged in advance Rooms are nice and comfortable, kitchenette and laundry machines available. Room was clean. I'm assuming that rooms are better in spring or summer. In December the room was cold. Floor was cold and the heat only adjustable to 70F. Lukewarm air was coming from the vent. Many floor to ceiling windows which contribute to the cold. I had to wear sweatshirt and sweatpants in bed. Otherwise the room is fine and kept in good condition, furniture is simple and modern. Ok for our one night stay. Located near the Google office. Nit.much else around in terms of restaurants etc. Categorized as a two star on Expedia, should be a three star.
