"We had an amazing vacation in this idyllic setting on Rum Point. Being right on a nice quiet beach, we were able to observe nature right from the veranda as we dined. Beautiful vegetation, birds, colourful lizards and chickens, all kinds of sea creatures to be seen through the glowing ocean water that’s nice and calm for swimming.The house is very comfortable, spacious and clean. Well furnished and well fitted out in the kitchen with all the utensils and cookware you need.Most incredible is this strategic vantage location to view the most specular clouds in the skies, especially as the sun sets. It was like watching a movie!! Very cinematic and photogenic!All in all, it was a fantastic experience!"

"This was hands down the best VRBO locations we have ever stayed! It is on a sheltered beach with palm trees for shade that we had to ourselves for our entire visit. The condo was clean and spacious, well maintained, the kitchen well stocked, and steps from the beach. The pictures don't do it justice. We made daily use of the kayaks to explore the surrounding area. We loved how quiet the area is. The owners are very responsive and provided a helpful binder that included maps, things to do, restaurants, and instructions for the condo. We highly recommend this amazing property and hope to return soon."

"This is by far the best rental we have stayed in. This is our third visit and cannot recommend the property enough! The house is fully stocked with everything you need from cooking utensils, seasonings and all serveware. The pool, hot tub & outdoor grill are great! We love Rum Point. Having bikes & water activities are a huge plus. Plenty of beach chairs, coolers and snorkel gear for beach outings. Beautiful sunrise! Barbara and Lee are very responsive and great hosts. Everything is always very clean. 10/10!"

"We had an absolutely exceptional stay and genuinely loved this lodge. Somehow, it is even better in person than the photos and listing suggest — spacious, beautifully positioned, peaceful and incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay, and even then we really didn’t want to leave.The setting is probably the biggest highlight. There is an extensive stretch of beautiful beachfront immediately outside, with wonderfully clear water and, during our stay, none of the seaweed that can affect other parts of the island. It felt wonderfully private and tranquil, particularly compared with the busier resort areas.The location is also excellent for exploring this side of Grand Cayman. Rum Point, Starfish Point, Kaibo and the surrounding Cayman Kai area are all very easily accessible, while the lodge still feels secluded and peaceful when you return.This ended up being one of the real highlights of our Cayman trip. It felt much more like having our own home on the beach than simply staying in holiday accommodation. We would return without hesitation and can very highly recommend it and all the properties at Gardens of the Kai."
