"What a house! This was the perfect location for my family's stay near Rum Point. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, plenty of lounge space, private pool, private beach access and solid snorkeling. This home provided everything. The pictures that are in the listing are correct. But they simply don't do justice to the sunrises and sunsets that you'll experience! A couple of restaurants are nearby and a small market is a short walk/drive away. If you need a larger selection of groceries I'd drive back towards the east side of the island. Books and board games are provided! I can't wait to come back!"

"What a fantastic property and location! This is directly across the street from Rum Point Resort with gorgeous sunsets and a great beach area. It is a very secluded part of the island so make sure to bring any groceries you need before you head that way but it was so peaceful! We literally walked across the street for our Biobay tour with Cayman Kayaks and we drove about 5 mins to Starfish Point and Kaibo beach. It was perfect for our needs. The kayak provided is VERY heavy and took both of us to get to the water but what a great thing to have at our disposal! The seat didn't work well but it didn't stop us from taking it out and we had a blast paddling around to the other side of the bay. If you can think of something that the host forgot to have in the house, you are better than I am. We had EVERYTHING including a cooler and sun hats for our use. I loved everything about this place and can't wait for our next trip! Do yourself a favor and stay at this adorable beach house! And don't miss the stingrays across the street!"

"Wonderful house with everything you need in a great location. The house looks out over the bay and is close to the pool. The kayaks are awesome and the bioluminescence is spectacular - you literally just paddle once it’s dark. Super close to lovely beaches. Great comms with the owner super quick to respond and sort any issues. "

"The location was perfect—spotless, stylish, and comfortably cool with excellent AC. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the oceanfront view was absolutely spectacular. There were plenty of TV options for relaxing downtime as well. A fantastic stay overall. Would absolutely come back to this property. "

"This was an incredible trip! The Retreat at Rum Point was the most amazing place, everything we hoped it would be and more. The beach where it's situated is STUNNINGLY beautiful, it's right next to the Rum Point Club where we went everyday, the pool is lovely and never crowded, and it's just a 2-3 min drive to other great places like Kaibo Beach, which has a coffee shop, restaurant and beach amenities, and Starfish Point. The condo is way nicer in person, the photos do not do it justice. The only problems were ants in the kitchen (already there when we arrived) and I would not recommend that anyone stay on the pull-out couch. Our little kids managed, but it's really not ideal for anyone. Overall we loved this place and can't wait to return!!"

"This property has everything and more for what you could ever need on a vacation. The unit was extremely clean upon entry and the kitchen was well stocked. The host was easy to communicate with and provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat! An overall great vacation and perfect place to stay!"
