The Harvey Nicole: Modern Caribbean Ocean Front Condo Grand Cayman.

"Off-season stay which was absolutely fantastic. Of the 10 units in the building. Only one other unit was occupied during our summer month stay. It was like a private resort. We had the pool and beach pretty much to ourselves. Very clean unit excellent communication and good price. Will definitely be looking to return to this condo in the future. North end of the island with easy access to Rum Point so a car is a must. Sunrise at the condo and watched the sunset every night at Rum Point. You definitely want to go to this place if you want stay away from the crowds and enjoy the peace and quiet."

"Ocean's Edge ia a beautiful, comfortable home with killer views and great snorkeling. We loved the kayaks and it was so convenient to have snorkeling gear available. We didn't get to the paddle boards...next time, lol. We were here for a lunar eclipse, and the rooftop was a perfect viewing point.Mike was extremely responsive and great to work with. If you love the North side of the island, this is the perfect place!"

BEAUTIFUL 3 BEDROOM VILLA LOCATED DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH

"We spent the week of Aug 3 at this beach front villa on the North End. The views of the ocean from the living room & upstairs master bedroom were breathtaking. The villa was spacious, clean & had plenty amenities, including beach towels, beach chairs & an umbrella to take to other beach excursions like 7 mile beach. The kitchen was stocked with all the kitchenware you need to cook in & water toys to enjoy the ocean. The beach patio had a nice table & chairs, as well as loungers and the water is steps away. We love the North & East Ends for the peace & quiet, but also for the amazing snorkeling. You’ll need water shoes because it’s rocky but that’s where you find great snorkeling.We recommend having a rental car. There is a little grocery store right down the road that had everything we needed for food. It also sold spirits, wine and beer. Rum Point, Starfish Point & Kaibo restaurants are close by, as are a few restaurants, such as Over the Edge. We did 2 day trips to 7 mile beach area & the West End. There is also a ferry you can take. There was sargassum in the ocean on some days, none on others. This has nothing to do with the villa or location. It’s impacting a lot of islands in the Caribbean & Mexico. We just went with the flow. I highly recommend this villa & hope to return again."

"Million dollar view! Perfect for my family of 11 with five grandkids included. The pool overlooking the ocean was stunning! Such a perfect set up for us! We did visit seven Mile Island twice, but it didn’t seem far. Exceptional house and we travel travel all the time."

"Gorgeous home right on the beach. Fully stocked with all the amenities you need from kitchen staples to water activities. The property manager Mitzi was very easy to communicate with and responsive with any questions we had. Beautiful Island we would love to come back."

"This was our first time visiting the Cayman Islands and it was well worth it. I did a lot of research looking for a place that would make my family with 2 twin boys and in-laws user friendly, relaxing, and away from the chaos. This condo in Old Man Bay was perfect. The condo had wonderful views and a relaxing atmosphere. We typically were the only people at the property during the day so we usually had the pool and beach to ourselves. This location is also very close to the cave, starfish adventures and access to stingray city. We went to seven mile beach once and all of us said that we were so happy that we stayed on the other side of this island. Mark was a great host and gave us a lot of helpful information ahead of our visit. Would absolutely come back!"

"The property was just as featured. It was very well-equipped. We loved kayaking and snorkeling off the beach behind the property and having additional beach chairs and towels that we could take with us as we explored other areas of the island. We had an amazing time and the host was very responsive. I highly recommend this property. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room. The location is perfect. Yes, it is a 45 minute drive to Georgetown but the north side of the island is quieter and we really appreciated that. We loved having the beach just steps from the patio. Chisholm's store is very close and carries most items we needed. Rum Point was easily accessible, too. We loved it!"
