It was an average property with limited amenities and dining. The factor that draws everyone here is access to the Westin across the street. The Westin has one of the best beaches on 7 Mile Beach. The property comes with a steep price and heavy crowds though so the Suites are the cheap little sister alternative. They are fine but are basically a motel room. I would look at other properties that offer a nice beach while not as crowded and have better rooms and amenities.

Walk to seven-mile beach and many restaurants was convenient. Public transport convenient. The property/rooms need sum upgrading. Carpet was extremely worn and dirty. Paint needed on outside as well.

Excellent value here. The property is a little dated and worn. However, you have full access to the 7 mile beach and all the amenities at the Westin. You can't find a better value for your $. You are able to charge to your room from the Westin which is a huge convenience. The location is amazing. I brought a mattress topper and it made our bed comfy, I had seen complaints about that on reviews. I would bring a couple air fresheners, the window don't open so it can smell musty at first. We were only in our room to sleep and saved thousands by staying here. Highly recommend if you are about value. If you want fancy you should stay across the street.
