"From the very beginning the host has been so responsive and helpful. She even got us a pack and play for our baby and let us check in an hour early. The condo had everything we needed and was well kept and comfortable with free parking. The beach is beautiful for watching the sunset although a bit of seaweed (which is to be expected) still was enjoyable and you have rum point right next door where you can swim or drive less than 5 minutes to the gorgeous starfish point. The pool is well kept and fun for kids. Multiple restaurants nearby and places to have a night cap. Really enjoyed the screened in patio for the evenings. Would 100% recommend, so glad we came across this listing! Thanks again Ellen! "

"What a house! This was the perfect location for my family's stay near Rum Point. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, plenty of lounge space, private pool, private beach access and solid snorkeling. This home provided everything. The pictures that are in the listing are correct. But they simply don't do justice to the sunrises and sunsets that you'll experience! A couple of restaurants are nearby and a small market is a short walk/drive away. If you need a larger selection of groceries I'd drive back towards the east side of the island. Books and board games are provided! I can't wait to come back!"

"This property is pure class among all the places we’ve stayed. The owner and property manager were nothing short of exceptional. We hope to rebook again and come back sometime next year when the property is available. The owner was even so generous to have the sand elegantly raked upon our arrival. The attention to detail was noted and well received. Our biggest regret is we should have stayed for two weeks instead of 1!"

"This home is perfect, right on the edge of the Caribbean Sea with world-class snorkeling right out the door. The location at Rum Point was perfect, allowing our family to recharge without too many distractions but fantastic dining and entertainment just down the street. We loved the sitting areas inside the home looking out over the ocean - perfect place to enjoy the sunrise while enjoying a coffee and peace."

"Wonderful house with everything you need in a great location. The house looks out over the bay and is close to the pool. The kayaks are awesome and the bioluminescence is spectacular - you literally just paddle once it’s dark. Super close to lovely beaches. Great comms with the owner super quick to respond and sort any issues. "

"The location was perfect—spotless, stylish, and comfortably cool with excellent AC. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the oceanfront view was absolutely spectacular. There were plenty of TV options for relaxing downtime as well. A fantastic stay overall. Would absolutely come back to this property. "

"Location was great if you wanted to be a bit further away from crowded areas (which we did).Beach here was a bit rough during our stay due to the weather (was calmer the week before our stay) so we didn't venture into the water here and did a couple of 30min drives and we checked out 7 Mile and Spotts easily.The cottage is perfect for a couple.Nice comfy Queen bed. Sofa bed while a good size for 2 people needed a new mattress as it was falling apart/coils were rusting (would up my review 1/2 star).The place is well equipped (French presses,moka pots) if for cooking/eating in for many meals (which I recommend as eating out is in Grand Cayman with the exchange rate).We had a scare the first couple of nights when my spouse thought someone was knocking on the door in the middle of the night - investigation in the morning led to it being a stuck icemaker that kept trying to rotate?We had a little bit of rain during our stay, and a couple of mosquitoes in. The doors/windows have screens on them but they are not exact fits so the little buggers can make their way in. Fitted screens would also bump up my review 1/2 star.The front and rear verandahs are screened but we noticed that the front one did have a tear in one of the sections, so this might be a concern later on in the rainier months. (don't leave any empty laundry bags out if it rains - shelter for 8-legged stingers).Host has assorted snorkel gear/fins and kayak oars to use with an available kayak.Great stay!!"
