I was a bit concerned due to recent negative reviews but I by far had a wonderful experience. They held my luggage so I can explore the city before and after check in. Alex was very informative and polite during the check in process. They even accommodated a request I had. I messaged them with questions a few days prior to my arrival and they promptly responded. Tulios next door was also very convenient as a lot of food places closed early. They had a happy hour I wasn’t able to attend but nice perk to have. I normally don’t commit to hotels but in the future I definitely will make sure to come back here.
