"The room was dark, needed more lighting, and although the room was large, it was quite barren. The floors had recently been redone, but they were unfinished with large open cracks where the new floor met the old one. The toilet wobbled, not secure. The shower leaked all the hot water out of the on/off tap, so only tepid water came out of the actual shower head. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable, so at least there was that. "
