"didnt realise when i booked that we would be allocated 2 villas -luckily we got 2 very close. one was fine -a bit dated-the other was awful -needs a complete refurb, the outdoor table was so big and the chairs around it were lounge chairs not dining chairs so it was almost impossible for more than 3 people to sit at it. really uncomfortable. in general furniture was terrible-like a retirement village. 3 stars overall for this reason"

"The apartment was great for 3 couples as each room had a king bed. The apartment was clean, central and well suited our needs. With 3 lounges as well, enjoying cheese and biscuits in the lounge room with the fire on was lovely. Our only disappointment was some items weren’t there that would’ve been helpful for cooking ie sharp knives, tongs, more bowls, and there were no placemats."

"The property was immaculate, very family friendly. We originally booked directly with the Cypress Lakes resort and had issues with our room so we were able to book this property last minute and the team were very accommodating and understanding, saving our family escape and ended up in a much nicer apartment. The kids had a wonderful time!"

I was a little disappointed that there was very small tubes of shampoo etc for two person stay over two nights and a request for fresh towels seemed to be an extra forty or so dollars. I never mind paying for accommodation so long as I don't have to supplement basics like shampoo or fresh towels, particularly as the nearest shops are about twenty minutes drive away. I would have packed them myself but have stayed in hundreds of hotels and things like fresh towels and...
