We are a family of four and had a very pleasant 10-night stay. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests.
Breakfast was enjoyable, with freshly made beef noodles and wonton soup, along with a good variety of options to start the day. The location was also convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby.

This hotel puts allot of effort in to their guests stay. Beautiful traditional breakfast, live music of an evening, and a meditation session run by a Tibetan master. The rooms are just lovely. Excellent value. A highlight of our stay in Beijing.

Totally enjoyed my stay. Hotel is about 1.2 km from Wangfunging, and around 700 metres to nearest Metro station, around 2 km walk to forbidden city and Tian’anmen square. I highly recommended hotel.

I stayed for one night and loved every minute of the stay. Visually it's a beautiful hotel. The artwork is world class and each floor has it's own unique theme. The room was on the 16th floor and was well laid out with everything needed including a few extras like a massage chair, fruit bowl and a mid-afternoon home made snack delivered to the room. Breakfast was amazing - a great selection and superb service. The team who work here do make an effort to make you feel welcome which is something...

Chao was a great 5 star hotel that really made our stay in Beijing. After a day sight seeing it was so relaxing to return to Chao for the evening. The pianist in the restaurant was excellent, food top quality and the breakfast was perfect to begin the day. The staff could not have been more helpful while Athena went above and beyond to help book tickets to the forbidden city. 10 out of 10.
