Great location in Bright with convenient parking. Check-in was smooth and easy even after reception hours, which was perfect after a late day skiing. Friendly staff and great facilities, especially the sauna—perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in our cosy cabin. It as clean and tidy with everything that you needed including electric blankets. It was close to town and the river. I would definitely stay here again, loved it.

Amazing property in a right location, lots of things to do and relax. Kids enjoyed the facilities and “decode hunting”, thanks to the staff to share the interesting gifts.

We had a very enjoyable at stay Merrimeet Cottages recently. As a couple our cottage suited our purposes perfectly. The property is only a short walk from the town centre and located in a very quit street which backs on to Ovens river, which is great for quick swim in the good weather. Even though the temperatures were in the high 30's, we only need to turn on the air con once for a short while as the cottage stayed very cool.

We had a quick Autumn get away for 4 nights and booked at the last minute and were not disappointed in our choice. The cabins were very comfortable, the kids loved being able to ride around the caravan park on the bikes safely, playing on he giant bouncy pillow and in the park, all is in very good condition. It was so quiet, set 150 metres back from the main road, you could not hear any traffic or anything else for that matter. We will definitely come back again, maybe in summer next time.

Barrass's John Bright Motor Inn is situated in a quiet street but is only a minute or two's walk to the centre of the pretty town of Bright. We received a friendly welcome from the lady on reception when we arrived. Our group of two couples were given rooms 2 and 3 facing the street and they were modern, very clean and comfortable. Each room had a sink, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave in the kitchenette area, a comfortable bed plus a coffee table and chairs, TV and...

Very organised and well-maintained.

This was our second visit to Bright for the National Mountain Bike Championships but our first stay at Bright on Track. We had a great experience despite one day of heavy rain. Bright on Track is spotlessly clean, comfortable, modern and welcoming. It is a short stroll into town and all of the great restaurants, cafes, pubs. Bright is such a beautiful town.

I wanted a motel close to the Bright and somewhere I could safety park my BMW motorcycle and enjoy everything the town has to offer. I soon discovered the Oven River at the rear of the building and a walkway into town and seeing the river flowing was very meditative.

A very peaceful laid back place with very friendly staff. We were able to walk into town. Very quiet

Me and my 4 mates and their wives just loved the cleanliness of the apartments and the hotel itself. There was a ski hire place just around the corner and they were extremely nice as well. We also received a 25% discount as we stayed in these apartments. Next to skii hire was a hotel with buffet for 30$ pp. That food was delicious and met out expectations. Surrounding was extremely beautiful and hope we had more time to stay. Overall it was an amazing experience.

A step back in time, which I liked a lot! Clean, functional, awesome location and excellent value. No hesitation in recommending, will be back.

After having a fall ( not on the property) the managers of the caravan park went over and beyond their duties. they drove me to the hospital and took good care of me. thank you so much for all your help, it was much appreciated.

Great location on the river and walking distance to town. The apartment was modern, clean and well laid out.

Enjoyed the area, motel and the owners were extremely helpful and polite. Would go back again because they made you feel very welcome.
