The second bathroom is at an extra cost, they lock it unless you pay an extra $100 per night. It doesn’t mention this when booking it and perhaps they’re trying to avoid paying the extra commission to wotif. I received this email after I booked and paid wotif. I had to email them to find out I had to pay an extra $100 per night!
“ Please note while all Townhouses are 2 Bedroom/Bathroom, we price them depending on the number of bedrooms/bathrooms being used. If you have selected 2 people the price provided is for only one bedroom and bathroom, it's not a Twin Share price. If you are not a couple and require both bedrooms you will need to contact us immediately as there is an additional fee for the use of both bedrooms/bathrooms.”
Unreasonable? I reckon it was. Seemed like deception, and railroading.

Right in town with a lovely creek outlook
Amazing location right in town.
Nice outlook to the creek and water park. Nice and toasty upstairs with aircon but a bit chilly downstairs in bedroom so worth taking slippers.
Kitchen very well appointed with everything you would need to cook a full meal.
And you can always walk a few metres across the road to town for loads of great options.

Amazing location, beautiful clean apartment, the best beds ever and lovely hosts... what more could you ask for? Highly recommend a stay here, you wont regret it
This was the second time we've stayed at these town houses, they're fantastic, and I would highly recommend. The proximity to town and the quality of the fit and finish was excellent.
The upstairs dining/living area is well laid out, and also well equipped.
Minor complaint though, the vertical blinds in the master bedroom don't offer sufficient privacy as they don't always close properly, and would like to see black out curtains used instead, just to give a little more privacy.
Loved the location, beautiful accomodation.
Only thing we didn’t like was the shower in the en-suite, it was the middle of winter using a water saver shower head, it was really cold. Even though the water was hot, there just wasn’t enough water coming out
Modern, clean and with all the resources you could need during a stay away from home. Arguably one of the best locations in Bright, especially if you have young children as do we. Have stayed in many places in Bright since we discovered the town 3 years ago, but now will only be looking at Centenary Peaks availability when we return again.

The property is in a good location close to town centre.
The town house was well set up great kitchen, living and dinning area
Good size bedrooms
The property heating takes a long time to heat the town house we stayed 3 nights and it took 2 full days to heat the place before we Felt warm
The actual cleanliness of the property was A serious concern
Unfortunately a good property let down by poor cleaning standards.
Main bathroom dusty and mould the doors are covered with dirty finger and scuff marks
The main bedroom dusty as the actual side tables and bed frame covered in A film of dust
If the cleaning was done correctly this would be an amazing property
Excellent location! Across the road from Centenary Park and a short walk to shops, restaurants and other amenities.
Great coffee and food in Bright.
We definitely enjoyed our stay.
Great location right in the middle of town with a nice view over the park. There was no curtains or blinds upstairs in the living areas so there was no privacy. The property was vey functional, fresh and modern but it was hard to regulate the air conditioning throughout the property with some rooms stiffling hot and others freezing. The bathrooms were like ice although the heated towel rails were a nice touch.
Amazing property, imacately clean, very comfortable, has just about everything you need. The 2 things missing but it did nit affect our stay (stayed 4 nights only) are, no clothes dryer and even though it stayes wifi is available it just doesn’t work
We booked and had confirmed a two bedroom apartment it was not made clear on booking through Wotif that the booking was one bedroom only a subsequent matter of fact email from the managers informed us it was in fact one bedroom - not happy about this
We stayed two nights as we came up for the Wandiligong Nut festival. If traveling with a family of friends, the positioning of the 2 bedrooms (front and back) are perfect. If you want to cook you have a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and freezer. If you want to use clean towels each day for your shower or spa, you will need to use the washing machine and dryer (in the cupboard attached to the guest bathroom); washing powder sachet and clear operating instructions were provided. In the bathroom you are provided with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. I really appreciated being provided with slippers; much more comfortable than being in shoes in the evening. The reverse cycle air-conditioners (heater) worked well in the main bedroom and upstairs living area. My niece was doing an assignment on immigration: it was very handy that I could take home the North East Living magazine which talked about the Bonegilla temporary settlement of migrants and showed photos.

Mother and Daughters Getaway.
Loved the position, very close to shops, coffee shops and bars. My girls absolutely loved the big main bedroom and large ensuite. We all loved the balcony overlooking the park and river. Well equiped kitchen. Coffee machine would be a nice touch. Overall we loved it but the cleanliness of the Snow Gum studio was a little disappointing but did not deter we girls from having a fabulous couple of days. Will return.

Rude and unfriendly caretakers
Our stay would have been great had it not been for the caretakers who from day 1 were rude and unfriendly. They really ruined our stay through a few different scenarios, they need to learn some people skills and how to smile. Other than that the townhouses are in a great location and very nice, they do need a few minor repairs (the fans don't work in the showers and the showers are like a fine mist rather than a shower).
