"Superior luxurious duplex. Two completely separate attached homes on the property with magnificent views, access to local hikes. 10 minutes from a small town (Sulz) with a good supermarket and bakery. Lots of cultural and mountain activities within a 30 - 60 minute ride. Sauna, hot tub and indoor pool are shared between the two homes. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-appointed. "The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. When we got into our room it was comfortable but finding long hairs hanging over the kitchen bench from the mezzanine floor above, 3 open sachets of coffee and sugar open in the bowl of sachets provided...

"A fantastic luxury resort overall. Generally great service, except the restaurants which were serviced by junior staff who were uncoordinated. Expect to spend quite a bit to enjoy the full experience. May not be the best choice if you are away from the resort most of the time. "
