Property was very clean, excellent bathroom, bed comfortable and had laundry facilities downstairs. The kitchenette needs some maintenance, only one cook top stove worked and there is no microwave. Overall a good stay.

Good potential for a good night’s sleep

This hotel has a lot of potential. We were unlucky and a lot of things didn’t work. Internet on TV was down, curtains loose, sliding door stuck… but we would give it another chance if we were to visit the city.

Difficult to check in. Details not shared in advance. Incurred roaming charges to call remote reception. Room not properly cleaned. Dust in places. Bathroom was simply rinced after previous guest, but needs a proper scrubbing as there’s grey residue on bathroom walls. Also had to wash cutlery before use as wasn’t clean. Gym is dusty, so didn’t feel like using it.

Lage sehr gut; Tiefgaragenplatz optimal; leider waren im Bad keine Handtücher, nur Duschtücher; Badreinigung war schlecht und es wurden wieder keine Handtücher hineingegeben; wir waren schon das zweite Mal hier; es war diesmal zwar etwas besser, aber es gibt immer noch Mängel; schade!

Die Infrastruktur des Hotels ist eigentlich sehr gut. Es ist modern und gut eingerichtet, es gibt eine Garage und die Preis-Leistung ist ausgezeichnet. Auch war die Kommunikation und persönliche Erreichbarkeit sehr gut, als der Check-in nicht auf Anhieb geklappt hat. Nur war das Zimmer leider nicht sauber: Die Toilette war schmutzig, der Spiegel nicht geputzt, der Tisch war nicht sauber und die Gläser im Schrank waren nicht gespült. Sehr schade für eine an sich tolle Unterkunft.

Wir konnten nicht ein checken. Probierten x mal auf andere Varianten. Dann telefonierten wir wurden aber weggedrückt nach zweimal probieren kam dann jemand und er konnte uns helfen. Das Hotel Zimmer selber war sehr schön. Auschecken ging dann auch immer noch nicht am Self Check in.

Gefallen hat mir der Preis und der Self Check in! Ansonsten sehr verbraucht. Zimmer 103 hat gestunken. Terrassentüre defekt. Wände dreckig. Und das Schlimmste waren sowohl dubiose Typen in der Tiefgarage (00:30 Uhr)als auch im Aufenthaltsraum und in der Früh ein Mädchen auf Terrasse nebenan rumgelungert und gekifft!!!

Leider hat der Check in nicht sehr gut geklappt. Das Zimmer war zuerst nicht fertig und dann wurde ich 5 x aus dem Telefonat gekickt ehe der Check in klappte. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr schön. Parkplatz perfekt. Lage auch.
