"Convenient location for our Disney Adventures. Room was very large/spacious compared to Hotel rooms in the city (Ginza). The room was also very clean and we had a lovely view of the bay. Check-in was quick and efficient and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They will hold your luggage or can arrange a delivery service to your next hotel destination - of course there's a fee. Just keep in mind there is no same day service for luggage delivery. We did not partake in the breakfast buffet so I can't really comment, but a co-worker of mine said it was really good. I highly recommend this hotel. You won't regret it!"

"This is my new favorite hotel near the Tokyo Disney Resort. The room was perfect for 4 adults. They had recently refurbished the hotel and we could tell. The room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff at reception were helpful and friendly. The nightly reception area was comfortable with lots of drink and snack options. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located next to the train station, stores and a shopping mall. It was 1-stop away from Maihama and the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to/from Disney. I look forward to staying here again in the future. "

"The rooms were very comfortable, and the daily cleaning was appreciated. The staff was very helpful with checking in, and were extremely kind with our request to hold our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after checking out. We were also provided guidance to the bus station to the airport shuttle to ensure that there were no issues. As English speaking guests, there were no issues with a language barrier. It was overall a great experience. "

"Pros: Room was clean Grateful for the amenities Walking distance to many stores Cons: Very small (but i mean i knew that) Not enough toilet paper Wasnt sure to ask the staff but i was gettin back late and kept forgetting AC not working ( however, i noticed on last day that the TV shows that its adjusted by them and was on heater the whole time. I was hot i had to keep the windows open and my kid got sick"
