Very good service! They stored our luggage since one day before the day we check-in. They also held it after we checked out so we could go get breakfast and do a little shopping. They also offer a variety of things such as laundry detergent, plates and bowls and extra blankets if we want for free. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again.

Lawson 1 min away, friendly staff, receptions was very helpful, helped us reserve seats at restaurants as most restaurants need Japanese numbers. Clean hotel, 3 min walk from nearest station.

The front desk staff were wonderful. The cleaning people were wonderful. The only problem I had was that the bed was so hard and the pillow so flat that I barely slept for the 2 nights I was there. So I was miserable during the day. The room was clean. The shower was great. It would be nice if some free bottles of water were provided.

This location was right across from a grocery store, a Starbucks and a metro station. Super easy to get to and from. There was laundry in the unit which was a huge plus and it was good sized.

It takes 3 minutes to the subway station and 25 minutes to Disneyland by bus. Also, there are many restaurants around this hotel but pretty quiet. There is Lawson in the first floor of the hotel and 24 hours opening supermarket next to the hotel.

The staff were really welcoming and attentive to our needs throughout the entire trip. This location is at a walking distance from Urayasu station which made it convenient for my friend and I when we had to go into Shibuya. There is a Lawson and a 7/11 close to by so if you want something quick and easy those are the places to go. Will be staying here in the future.
