"We loved our stay at the Maui Schooner. Our apartment was very clean included all amenities. The view of the resort from our balcony was beautiful. Loved the walking distance to the beach but unfortunately we couldn’t get in the water due to it being prohibited. We will definitely be staying there again. "

"This location is exactly what I was searching for. The filtered search gave me the perfect results which was extremely helpful. The owners were so great to work with and very responsive. It’s an easy walk up stairs or elevator. It’s a nice unit on the outside of the building which offered outside, additional windows and lighting. I found nothing broken. You can walk right out from the property to the beach. We enjoyed the patio immensely and appreciated the higher counter stools and table do we could see over the railing. We don’t spend a ton of time at properties so we don’t use the kitchens a ton. This kitchen was well equipped however. Nice closet space and ample hangers. The use of beach towels was welcomed. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and we enjoyed Christy so much. "

"Great location. Pool 2 min away and the beach right behind the pool. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in unit was amazing. Can see sunset and sunrise over the ocean from the unit. 5 min drive to Safeway and shopping. We had an amazing time."

"Great property toward the north end of Kihei. We selected the property as a part of hosting our daughter's wedding in Wailea. Between family and friends on both sides, there were 13 units occupied during the wedding week. Luana Kai is located on the water, the property is well maintained, the individual units are nice and clean, our unit had a nice ocean view, the check-in process was simple and communication with the owners was great. We had a terrific stay. Kihei is also a great central locations to the airport, a short distance to Wailea and a reasonable distance from Kaanapali and/or Kapalua. Our check-in day was the day of the Tsunami. It made the first day memorable. Other than that, everything went great. Thanks to Trisha and the folks at the property for a wonderful stay!"

"The grounds around the condos were beautiful and well maintained. Our unit however was very dated and in need of TLC. The bed linens were poor quality and poor fit. The mini bath with shower is very dark and the solid dark shower curtain didn't help and there were several bugs that looked like cockroaches scurrying around each day. Unit had a stale oder -- really needs a facelift. "
