"We had a lovely stay at Kevin’s condo. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked up on basic spices, condiments, coffee, etc which was a bonus. Kevin also provided beach supplies such as beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc. The location is great. It’s close to many restaurants and right next to a beach where you can spot turtles! Also this place has a pool and hot tub jacuzzi which was our favorite after a long day. And there is laundry available in the condo complex if you are here a long stay which we appreciated. Highly recommend Kevin’s place!"

"This property was nice! Absolutely as advertised. But if I had to guess it hasn’t been stayed in consistently. Since there is no air conditioning there were fans. None of the fans worked in the second bedroom. I messaged the host within hours after check in about this issue. She said they would replace asap but we never saw replacement fans. It was quite hot, so we had to move other fans around the condo to ensure everyone was comfortable. There were also dead batteries in the tv remotes (AAA’s were not supplied) as well as smoke detectors. One of which decided to alarm at midnight to let us know the batteries were dead, so we ended up taking them out. Overall, the condo was good but if we had to choose again we would do an air conditioned unit next time."
