Best part of our trip was staying at the Taj the Trees. We have been travelling around India for 5 weeks and this was the cherry on the cake for us. Loved every bit of it

Slice of heaven!
I'm glad I succumbed to booking at the Sofitel Mumbai BKC as a treat for my family and me.
The hotel is grand and luxurious, and so is the service. I read a couple of reviews that mentioned the service wasn't great. But my experience has been anything but that. The service is genuinely warm and friendly.
Go the extra bit a book a room that gives you access to Club Millesime. You won't regret it. High Tea in the afternoon and drinks at...

Everything was good and the complimentary airport car was more than excellent.
Only issue we had was that the hotel was busy over the holiday period and the lifts took a long time - wait time for lifts during peak hours was bad. The hotel has over 32 floors and we could be travelling floor by floor to the lobby!

Excellent hotel a few minutes drive to the airport. Good security. Staff were very good but some, especially some porters and restaurant staff were constantly hovering waiting for a tip, which was annoying. Buffet was fine. Pool was well maintained.

As a single traveller from NZ the staff went out of there way to make me feel welcome. I'd had surgery and every day they enquired after my progress. The reception staff, security staff and the restaurant staff were all great, professional and social. Also big shout out to cleaning staff.

Great hotel. Rooms are very modern and the property seems perfect for a short stay. Not as grand as other taj properties, however this one is also cheaper than them. Breakfast buffet was inclusive, and was very nice (again not on the level of taj lands end for ex) . Pleasant stay, will come back.

Excellent hotel to stay at while visiting the bustling city of Mumbai. From the moment you arrive at the entrance the staff are eager to help and offer that personal touch, with every member of staff you pass addressing you and wishing you a good day .. something which is lacking in a lot of hotels. The rooms are first class with them being spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean each day, with the king size bed being very comfortable.
After spending my days working and then experiencing...
