"The airport shuttle was easy to find but only runs on the hour. So call ahead so they know you are coming. Staff was so nice and accommodating. The rooms could use an upgrade but the bed was comfy. Overall a great stay because the staff was so attentive and nice."

"Excellent front end staff, friendly and helpful. Huge rooms, clean! Great breakfast! Unique indoor swimming pool! The area around the hotel seems typical for the city, lots of homeless, but they don't bother you."

"We booked into a king suite. The room and hotel were very clean, comfortable and no smell of smoke. We had an inside room and there was no road noise at all. The front desk was always manned with 1 -2 people who were all friendly and attentive. Breakfast had a very nice assortment of options. There is easy access to the subways, buses, or taxis. We enjoyed our stay here."

"We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and they helped us with at early check in around 1pm instead of 3pm. The staff was so friendly and oriented us every time we asked for information. The area is safe during the day, at night you need to be careful but otherwise, the hotel and breakfast was excellent."
