"The church next door sounds bells daily at 0400. The maintenance man used the floor cleaning machine outside my room at 0730 on Sunday morning. You must arrange to use the swimming pool in advance. The shower is a disaster. Run away, run away, run away! "

"Hotel was in a great, central location close to food and shops. Staff were polite, hotel lobby had live music being played on the piano. Room was clean and spacious but all these positives notes were somewhat ruined by absence of hot water. Tried to run the shower for 15 mins and water was barely lukewarm. I only stayed 1 night, but for a 5 star they should not have this issue. "
